Graduated with a bachelors degree from Woodbury University (Burbank, CA) and a minor in Small Business Management. She has over 20 years of experience in several industries and recently made a career change into healthcare. She is a certified phlebotomist and is expected to become a certified ultrasound medical sonographer by the spring of 2008. Eva is credited with establishing many of our administrative and front office protocols. She's known for being an innovative thinker, a perfectionist, and highly organized. Fluent in Spanish and some French.
Madian Loza
Front Office
Originally from Costa Rica, she grew up in LA and worked in the banking industry for 7 years before making a career change into healthcare. Madian is the gatekeeper of the front office and; furthermore, she is a certified ultrasound medical sonographer and a certified phlebotomist. In addition to always having a positive attitude, she's a master of multi-tasking, efficiency, and accountability. Fluent in Spanish.
Jerry Tran, B.S., M.S.
Back office Administration/Billing
Graduated with Honors from UC Santa Barbara with a combined physiology and biology major and then attended Finch University School of Medicine (Chicago, IL) but decided on a career change after his 3rd year of medical school. Jerry has several years of experience in accounting and healthcare billing. A very quick learner and known for being very meticulous and accurate in his work. Fluent in Vietnamese.
Sara Vasquez
Front office assistant
The newest member of our staff, Sara started off as a volunteer extern and impressed us for being outstanding among many candidates. Soft spoken and known for overcoming new challenges, hard working, and always professional. We are proud to have Sara as part of our team. Fluent in Spanish.
